   • Replaced the simulated customer portal and simulated onboarding with ledger-backed states and a durable Guided Proof request.
   • Separated CLIENT, ADMIN, and founder routes and added the pending continuity-table RLS backstop migration.
   • Replaced the customer bot's simulated repair responses with authenticated, tenant-scoped server context and escalation.

   • Added founder-gated Telegram approvals, incident and job ledgers, AI-spend controls, and evidence-backed Brain responses.
   • Kept organic publishing fail-closed when Meta account, app, token, or founder approval is missing.
   • Established truth gates that exclude internal testing from customer and revenue counts.
