Where alerts go
Alert channels
Slack
Route alerts to any channel. Each alert is plain-English with severity, the affected journey, and recommended action.
Default channel for everyone on the account. Digests for low-severity events and prompt notifications after revenue-impacting incidents are confirmed.
Webhooks
Send signed events to your own tooling — PagerDuty, a status page, or an internal dashboard.
