The manifesto
Know what broke. Restore what matters.
Revenue continuity should be truthful, policy-controlled, and measured at the business outcome.
Protect the business path.
A green homepage does not prove checkout, payment events, automations, or fulfilment work. Liulum follows the path to the business outcome.
Unknown is a real state.
A connection begins unknown. We show unavailable when evidence is missing and never invent health, incidents, revenue, or customer activity.
Deterministic before intelligent.
Rules, signatures, idempotency, and policy decide what can happen. AI adds context where it is useful; it does not become unrestricted infrastructure access.
Permission is part of the product.
Every recovery is bounded by platform, plan, credentials, customer policy, confidence, and approval. Payments, secrets, and destructive data changes stay human-gated.
Observable or it did not happen.
Every check, incident, proposal, action, rollback, and verification must leave plain-language evidence. A claim without durable evidence is not a result.
Recovery ends with verification.
A restart, retry, or rollback is not success by itself. Liulum independently checks the expected customer and business outcome before closing an incident.
