Refund & cancellation policy

• Guided Proof costs ₹0/$0, requires no card, and creates no refundable charge.
• Watch, Continuity, Recover, and Grid billing begins only after the customer reviews the exact plan, tax, currency, renewal date, and provider checkout terms.
• After a paid period starts, the subscription is non-refundable for that current period except where applicable law requires a refund or we materially fail to deliver and cannot remedy it within a reasonable time.
• Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
• Public plans have no setup fee unless the checkout or signed order explicitly displays one before payment.

The signed order controls deposits, milestones, cancellation, and refunds. A setup or professional-service fee is non-refundable only when the approved order says so and work has begun, subject to applicable law.

If a payment fails or you do not recognise a charge, contact [email protected] first so we can investigate the payment record and subscription state. Fraudulent use or an unresolved chargeback may require service suspension while the provider reviews it.
