What a Liulum executive report can honestly say
There is no fictional customer report here. This page defines the data contract the real report follows after your project records evidence.

Report sections
| Section | Authoritative source | Truth rule |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage | Configured projects, revenue paths, evidence sources, and connection tests | A source is included only after a successful connection test. Missing sources are listed as unavailable. |
| Observed health | Bounded check samples and their timestamps | Uptime or success rates require enough recorded samples; otherwise the metric is unavailable. |
| Incidents | Tenant-scoped incident, signal, diagnosis, and activity ledgers | Counts and timelines include only persisted records in the reporting period. |
| Recovery | Approval, work-order, provider-action, and independent verification receipts | A command result is not called resolved until the configured business check passes. |
| Revenue context | Customer-provided assumptions or connected order and outcome records | Liulum never invents revenue protected. Estimates show the assumption and are omitted when it is absent. |
| Next decision | Current gaps, repeated incident patterns, and customer policy | Recommendations are separated from completed actions and remain approval-gated where required. |
