Move to Liulum with a verified parallel handover
Whether you're leaving a pinger, a freelancer, or an agency, keep both systems running until Liulum's configured checks are tested and your team accepts the evidence. This process is designed to avoid a monitoring gap; it does not guarantee provider uptime.

Request and scope
Describe one real revenue path in the Guided Proof request. No monitoring, account, billing, or repair starts from the public form.
Keep the current provider running. Do not send credentials by email or through the public form.
Create the secure account
After eligibility review, create the client account and add the project. Connect only the evidence sources required for the agreed path.
A source remains unavailable until its connection test succeeds.
Run in parallel
Keep the existing monitoring active while Liulum records its first check samples, heartbeats, and journey or outcome evidence.
Compare coverage from both systems. Do not retire the old tool on schedule alone.
Review evidence
Confirm that every required source is active, the escalation contacts are correct, and the expected path has enough observations for your decision.
A handover is accepted only after the customer reviews the recorded evidence and any remaining gaps.
Decide the cutover
Retire the old provider only when your team accepts Liulum's verified coverage. Add Recover access later and separately if the project is eligible.
The report includes only recorded metrics. Revenue context stays unavailable unless a supported source or explicit customer assumption exists.

From an uptime pinger
Export your monitored URLs and alert contacts. We import them and add revenue-journey and change monitoring the pinger never had. Cancel once baselines match.
From a freelancer
Ask for current hosting, plugin, and backup details. We document them, take over monitoring, and you keep the freelancer for bespoke build work if you like.
From an agency plan
Request your maintenance scope and any access credentials. We map their checklist to automated monitoring and eligible guarded recovery, then show the exact Liulum price before checkout.
