Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of every Liulumproduct, website, API, portal, AI agent, and automation (the “Services”). It applies to you, anyone you allow to use your account, and any end-users whose interactions you route through the Services. If any term here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that customer only.

• Break the law — use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that facilitates a crime under Indian law or the law of your or your end-users' jurisdiction.
• Harm people — harass, threaten, defame, stalk, dox, or incite violence or self-harm against anyone.
• Exploit minors — any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
• Deceive — impersonate any person, business, government body, emergency service, or licensed professional (medical, legal, financial) beyond your actual licensed scope; misrepresent that an AI agent is a specific human.
• Abuse AI — attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or coerce our AI agents into ignoring their safety rules, revealing another customer's data, executing unauthorized changes, or making binding commitments (payments, discounts, legal promises) we have not authorized.
• Send spam — use any Liulum messaging channel to send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp, or calls in breach of our Anti-Spam Policy, TRAI/DND rules, CAN-SPAM, or GDPR/PECR.
• Handle prohibited data — submit or route payment-card numbers, government IDs, health records, or other sensitive data into channels not contracted for that purpose, or any data you have no lawful right to process.
• Attack the platform — probe, scan, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, tenant isolation, or security controls; introduce malware.
• Resell or misuse access — sublicense, resell, or expose the Services or their outputs outside the scope you purchased, or use them to build a competing product by copying our system.
• Emergency misuse — rely on AI voice or automation as a substitute for 911/112 or emergency dispatch. It is not.

Where a tier authorizes Liulum to access or modify your systems, that authorization is limited to the specific tier you bought and the allow-listed, logged, and (where technically possible) reversible actions described in the Terms. You must not use the Services to obtain access to systems, code, data, or accounts you do not own or are not authorized to administer. You are responsible for keeping the access you grant us scoped and for revoking it when you cancel.

• You warrant you own or are licensed to use everything you upload or route through the Services, and that you have a lawful basis and any required consent to process your end-users' personal data.
• You are responsible for disclosing AI/automated interaction and call recording to your end-users where the law requires it, and for honoring their privacy rights.
• You will not use the Services to process data of children below the age of consent in your jurisdiction without verifiable parental consent.

Plans include reasonable usage limits (calls, messages, monitored sites, AI tokens, edit hours). Automated, scripted, or abnormal usage that materially exceeds your tier or degrades the Service for others may be rate-limited, throttled to a cheaper model, queued, or billed as overage. We publish material limits in your plan and will contact you before enforcing overage where practicable.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Depending on severity we may warn you, throttle, suspend, or terminate the Services, remove offending content, or withhold a specific automated action pending review. For serious or illegal violations we may act immediately and without refund, and we may recover costs and losses we reasonably incur. Suspension for abuse does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees for the affected period.
